The Challenge

Real estate teams often manage properties, agents, and customer inquiries across spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and scattered internal records. The product was designed around the real estate admin workflow: property creation, listing management, agent coordination, inquiry tracking, and reporting. The goal was to create a practical backend system that helps teams manage daily operations without unnecessary CRM complexity.
